Project Discovery

We start with a phone call or meeting to learn more about your business and gather information about your goals for the website. We’ll get to know you and your vision better. We will follow up with a short questionnaire to fill in anything we may miss during our introduction conversation.

Outline Expectation

The Perky Pixel will build a project plan that defines the scope of the project. Setting goals, timelines, and expectations will help move the site along. We will also outline deliverables that are needed from you.



Layout Concepts

The Perky Pixel will start with a homepage mockup of the basic website layout for review. We’ll outline the sitemap and list all the pages that will be on your website and work with you on the expected functionality of your website.



Copy & Image Collection

After we’ve framed out your website, The Perky PIxel will work with you on gathering photos and text copy to fill in the pages. This will also include logos, slogans, and any other branding guidelines. We aim to consistently represent your brand throughout the site.

Design & Development

Once we have all the material components to get started, we will design your home page. This will set the tone for the other pages within your website. Once the design meets your approval, we’ll continue finishing out the website with a consistent look and feel. We’ll also develop the requested functionality outlined in the proposal during this stage of the process.



Site Launch

Once your website is finished, you will have an opportunity to go through it and make sure it is to your expectations. Once satisfied with the design and functionality, we will make sure the site is live and available for your visitors.



Post Launch

After your site is launched, we’re still with you to make any minor changes and just making sure that everything stays functioning.



Web Care

Like any software, your website will need updates to stay secure and functional so we recommend being subscribed to one of our plans. Included are regular backups, scheduled updates, and top tier hosting. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing your site is taken care of so you can focus on running your business.
